My phone can't access WAP. What do I do?

There are two possibilites of why your phone cannot access the WAP

a) Your phone does not have WAP browser. You will need to check your phone specifications to make sure that it has WAP functionality.

b) Your GPRS connectivity has not been activated. Check with your service provider that your GPRS connection has been set up.
